Due to the success of the Mt. Jackson Group and the add-on efforts of Mt. Jackson Group 2 and 3, we have opened a Mt. Jackson Group 4 that will serve eastern and northern Mercer County. This will be a joint group administrated by M&P and C-X Energy.
ANYONE STILL INTERESTED IN A LEASE SHOULD CALL M&P AT (724) 225-1110 IMMEDIATELY, AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH MIKE. WE WILL LOOK AT WHERE YOUR PROPERTY IS ON A MAP AND DETERMINE IF THIS GROUP IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
Below are some sample documents from the past Mt. Jackson Groups. These are for reference only as the MT JACKSON 4 lease has yet to be negotiated.
The Mt. Jackson Group was started in June 2010 by local landowners in the Mt. Jackson, Lawrence County area, and over a span of 9 months has grown from a few hundred acres to over 40,000 acres in Lawrence, Beaver, Butler, Mercer and Washington Counties in Pennsylvania. As of the beginning of September, 2011, an estimated 35,000 group acres have been leased through the group's bargaining process.
We continue to work with Chesapeake Energy and Hilcorp Energy for our clients who would like to lease with them under similar terms as the group agreements that have been finalized. Please call us if you are interested in having us represent you in this regard.
